Heidi Ulrich

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Heidi was a professional ballet dancer for 12 years with the Australian Ballet, Freiburg Ballet in Germany, Staatstheater Saarbrücken in Germany and Les Ballets de Monte Carlo. After having her 3 children and teaching ballet in Geneva, she discovered the wondrous practice of yoga and completed her first teacher training in 2009. In 2012, she co-founded Yoga Moves Nyon and, as teacher and owner, is fully involved in creating the best possible offering for an ever-growing community. Heidi also regularly leads teacher trainings and retreats.

She has taught yoga to thousands of students of all ages and abilities over the years. Heidi feels blessed to be able to share her passion for ballet, yoga and mindfulness with her community.
