Try our ballet-inspired barre workouts: barre classes use traditional ballet techniques and postures, focusing on strength and conditioning rather than pirouettes and pliés. Each 55-minute session is a series of small toning movements designed to improve posture and sculpt a ballet-dancer body. Sounds simple? After the twentieth repetition, it really isn't. You'll feel your thighs, butt and every little muscle you haven't even known does exist. Our barre workout seriously gets to your core – and more. But all the effort is worth it: feeling the grace and beauty generally reserved for ballet-dancers carrying you through the rest of your day and week.
