This 130-hour Teacher Training program is designed for Pilates enthusiasts looking to enhance their technique and acquire the knowledge required to teach Pilates mat and Andrea's signature essentials. The course includes intensive training, exercise theory, Pilates history and principles, anatomy and pathology, didactics, and teaching practice.

This program consists of three modules, each of which can be booked separately. Each group can have up to 10 participants.
